It was unsuccessful in the fact that this looks nothing like the character I was trying to draw because translating his features into this classic shoujo style doesn’t work all that well. rip.

I don’t know his name yet but he’s like 200 years old or something so he’s a grown ass man mentally but stuck in his 10 year old body because that’s how vampires work. it actually works out p well for him though because he can pretend to be a lost lil boy and get victims pity that way, but he usually feels bad about it afterward. He hangs out with a bunch of other monsterfolk, over the years he’s learned that mortals die too easily to make very good friends. he’s grown tired of losing them to death, and turning them doesn’t always end well. some have gone completely batshit that way due to bloodlust & he’s had to put them down with his own hands so he’s given up that path. Sometimes his childish side shows and he dresses up like a cliche vampire with a cape and everything when he thinks nobody’s around :^) otherwise he puts on a tough guy front to try and counter the fact his body makes some think that he’s easy to take advantage of.

this is for glompmonster because she’s really great!! I watched the last unicorn earlier on in the day so that obviously influenced this a lot, perhaps she’s the last pegasus? either way, my headcanon is that you’d have to type to her in entirely lower case or you’d scare her and she’d run off. :3c
